Terms of use

Digital editions

Each purchase covers one selected language edition as a PDF for CHF 12.90. There is no subscription. Delivery follows verified payment. A PDF reader and internet connection are required for downloading.

Personal licence

You may keep and read your purchased copy on your own devices for personal use without a time limit. Copyright remains with the author. Redistribution, resale, publication and public uploading are not permitted. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

Cancellation and refunds

If your PDF file is missing, incorrect or damaged, contact support@quiettheorybooks.com with the email address used at checkout and your order or receipt reference. We will help with delivery or provide a refund for the missing, incorrect or damaged file. Do not send full card details. Refunds are initiated through Stripe to the original payment method. We offer no additional voluntary return right for correctly delivered PDF files. Mandatory cancellation, warranty and refund rights remain unaffected. For payments made through Stripe Managed Payments, the transaction terms shown at Stripe checkout also apply. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory or more favourable rights you have.
